Ann Zimmerman grew up in Salina, moved away, came back home. With an elementary education degree from Kansas State University and a law degree from Harvard, she began mediating professionally in 1988 in her position as staff attorney at Kansas Legal Services. Eggers & Zimmerman Law & Mediation was founded in 2003. Ann’s mediation experience is broad and deep. She has a trusted reputation across Kansas.
Ann has served as president of Heartland Mediators Association and the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Kansas Bar Association. She is currently a member of the Kansas Supreme Court Advisory Council on Dispute Resolution. She is an elected member and past president of the school board for Salina Public Schools, she performs as an award-winning singer-songwriter, and with her husband, Dexter Eggers – also an attorney – she runs a horse boarding stable near Salina.
